JIG GREEN Beach, East side, GOLD Area, 6 June 1944 about H+60. From right to left the bows of the following craft are visible :

LCT Mark IV 858 (Landing Table Index Number 2138) of 33 LCT Flotilla, 'D' LCT Squadron
LCM Mark I of 607 Build Up Flotilla, 'E' Build Up Squadron
LCT Mark IV 710 (Landing Table Index Number 2164) of 53 LCT Flotilla, 'D' LCT Squadron
LCT Mark IV 928 (Landing Table Index Number 2163) of 53 LCT Flotilla, 'D' LCT Squadron

Finally, the afterdeck and funnel visible on the left belongs to LCT Mark IV 678 of 33 LCT Flotilla, 'D' LCT Squadron.

The men holding the rope in the water are Beach Group personnel

The vehicle wading ashore is a Universal Carrier of the 1st Battalion The Dorsetshire Regiment.

On the left (numbered '300'), the rear of the incompletely deflated flotation screen of Sherman II Duplex Drive tank.
