BHC 040025

Ships from the bombardment Force C on 5 June 1944. The front ship is the USS Texas, a US Battleship, and this is followed by the British cruiser HMS Glasgow. Behind these can just be seen the battleship USS Arkansas and two French cruisers Georges Leygues and Montcalm. These ships are being used to support V Corps assualt on Omaha Beach on 6 June 1944
